Hi there.
Let’s take just a couple of minutes to pause—gently noticing some of the good stuff around us.
You can do this sitting, standing, or even walking slowly, while keeping your eyes slightly open.
Whatever feels right today.
And remember—you may pause or stop anytime.

You might gently take one breath to arrive — letting the busyness of the day soften a little.
Taking a slow, gentle breath in… and out.
You may notice how your body feels right now—perhaps the ground beneath your feet, or how your clothes rest on your skin.

Now you may gently look around. Is there one thing that’s even a little bit nice?
Maybe the light coming through a window, a color you like, a shape that feels calming, or even a sound that feels kinda cozy. [3 sec pause]

Even tiny good things count. Just notice it for a moment, what it is like and how you are feeling when noticing it.

If your mind drifts, that’s perfectly OK.
You might gently bring it back to one small thing you appreciate.

You’re doing great.
Maybe take one more slow breath in… and out.
You may thank yourself for taking this little moment—just for you.
