Objective: To enable students to experience the present moment and be fully aware of the stimulus coming to them.
Instructions:
1. Prepare as many different objects as there are students in your class (it can be objects with an interesting texture, shape, smell or sound)
2. Have everyone sit in a circle. Ask students to close their eyes or gently cover them with a scarf. If anyone feels uncomfortable doing so, they can simply keep their eyes closed without using a scarf. Then, give each person one object.
3. Ask the students to fully focus on the stimulus they were given and curiously explore it with all the remaining senses apart from sight.

Reflection Questions:
1. How did the object feel?
2. What was your immediate reaction to the object?
3. What did it feel like to hold it in your hands?
4. How did you explore the object?
