Objective: To shift attention from digital updates to real-world moments and notice how these affect mood and body.
Instructions:
1. During the day, spot one “real post”—a small moment that catches your attention, like sunlight on your desk, a kind gesture, or a sound that makes you smile.
2. Pause for a full breath and feel that moment in your body—maybe your shoulders drop, your chest softens, or you notice warmth somewhere.
3. If you like, tag it mentally as #MyRealFeed and take one quiet breath to “save” it.
4. Optional: Make it easier to remember by linking it to a habit—notice a real post every time you finish checking your phone or step outside.
Optional Reflection:
1. What kind of “real posts” did you notice today?
2. How did they make you feel compared with what you usually see online?
3. Where in your body did you feel that pleasant moment?
4. Could you try collecting three real posts tomorrow?
5. What will help you remember to do it?
