Objective: To integrate mindfulness into routine tasks by noticing breath and movement, supporting present-moment awareness and calm during daily responsibilities.
Instructions:
1. While doing a household chore (e.g., washing dishes, sweeping, tidying up room), pause for a moment.
2. Notice your body—how your hands move, how your feet feel.
3. Take one slow breath in and out, without changing your pace.
4. As you continue the chore, gently notice your breath in the background.
5. If your mind drifts to something else, simply return your attention to the breath and movement.
Optional Reflection:
1. Did you notice your breath while doing the chore?
2. What helped you stay focused or return your attention?
