Objective: To invite students to reflect on their favorite mindfulness tools and imagine how they could gently weave one or two into their daily life.
Instructions:
1. Create a poster (or a digital design if you prefer) that includes:
2. Part 1: My Toolbox
3. Show 3–5 mindfulness practices you liked most from the lessons (e.g., Box Breathing, Gratitude Pause, Sensory Reset, One Breath Before Check).
4. You can write their names, add drawings, or use symbols that represent them.
5. Part 2: My Daily Anchors
6. Think about one or two tools you’d like to try using every day.
7. Imagine when and where they could fit naturally (e.g., “Before getting out of bed,” “On the bus,” “Before unlocking my phone”).
8. Add one idea that might help you remember (e.g., “Sticker on my phone,” “Alarm,” “Link to brushing teeth”).
9. This is not about being perfect—just about exploring what feels possible for you.
10. Make it personal and creative—something you’d enjoy looking at.
11. You can draw it by hand or create it electronically (Canva, PowerPoint, etc.).
12. Optional: If you’d like, bring your poster to class and share it. Sharing is voluntary.
Optional Reflection:
1. Which tools feel most helpful for you?
2. Where in your day could they fit naturally?
3. What might make it easier to remember them?
4. How do you think these small anchors could change how your day feels?
