Hey there. This is a quick moment just for you. You can close your eyes or keep them slightly open—whatever feels better. And if you ever want to stop, just open your eyes and take a look around.
Let’s start by sitting comfortably. Feeling your feet on the ground—maybe warm, cool, or just neutral. Noticing the weight of your feet resting on the ground. You may feel the pressure where they meet the ground, like they’re gently anchored.
Distractions might show up—thoughts or sounds. That’s completely natural — noticing that you’ve drifted is already mindfulness. When you notice any distractions, you may gently return your focus to your feet.
Now shifting your attention to the contact between your body and the surface beneath you. Noticing the feeling of being supported. Letting your body soften into that support, as if it knows it can rest here for a moment.
And when you’re ready, you may open your eyes. Taking a moment to notice how you feel.
