Masaryk University

Masaryk University in Brno, the second-largest in the Czech Republic, offers nine faculties and over 200 departments. Founded in 1919, it promotes equal access to education, with the largest Support Centre for Students with Special Needs in Central Europe. The Faculty of Education trains future teachers, while the Institute for Research in Inclusive Education (IRIE) focuses on improving education and inclusion for individuals with special needs and disabilities.
