Vn\u00fatorn\u00fd svet \u2013 \u010do sa deje vo vn\u00fatri?<\/strong><br>\nHlas:<br>\nKe\u010f m\u00e1 v\u00e1\u0161 mozog pocit, \u017ee mu doch\u00e1dza energia, \u013eahko prehliadnete, \u010do sa deje pod povrchom. Va\u0161e telo m\u00f4\u017ee o\u0165a\u017eie\u0165, my\u0161lienky s\u00fa ak\u00e9si siv\u00e9 a nev\u00fdrazn\u00e9 a veci, ktor\u00e9 m\u00e1te zvy\u010dajne radi, v\u00e1s jednoducho nebavia.<br>\nA va\u0161a myse\u013e? T\u00e1 sa v tej chv\u00edli s\u00fastred\u00ed hlavne na to, \u010do by sa mohlo pokazi\u0165. Viac si v\u0161\u00edma chyby ako to, \u010do v\u00e1m ide dobre. Preto m\u00e1me hlavu \u010dasto pln\u00fa starost\u00ed. A znamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee aj ke\u010f sa dej\u00fa dobr\u00e9 veci, nemus\u00edte si ich v\u0161imn\u00fa\u0165. Je to norm\u00e1lne. Tak funguje na\u0161a myse\u013e.<br>\n<br><strong>3. Z\u00e1kladn\u00e1 koncepcia \u2013 Tu je nie\u010do na zamyslenie<\/strong><br>\nHlas:<br>\nAle pozrime sa na to aj z druhej strany. Mal\u00e9 okamihy, ka\u017edodenn\u00e9 veci ako v\u00f4\u0148a hor\u00faceho n\u00e1poja r\u00e1no, spr\u00e1va od kamar\u00e1ta, list padaj\u00faci zo stromu...Aj na t\u00fdchto mal\u00fdch veciach z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed, s\u00fa naozaj d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9.<br>\nKe\u010f sa na chv\u00ed\u013eu zastav\u00edte, aby ste ich ocenili \u2013 aj keby len na sekundu \u2013 preprogramujete svoju myse\u013e. Je to ako naladi\u0165 si r\u00e1dio \u2013 nau\u010d\u00edte sa zachyt\u00e1va\u0165 r\u00f4zne sign\u00e1ly. K\u013e\u00fa\u010dom je zachyti\u0165 tieto okamihy v momente, ke\u010f sa pr\u00e1ve dej\u00fa, vn\u00edma\u0165 ich bez zbyto\u010dn\u00e9ho prem\u00fd\u0161\u013eania.<br>\nAk budete v h\u013eadan\u00ed t\u00fdchto ka\u017edodenn\u00fdch drobnost\u00ed pokra\u010dova\u0165 \u010do len t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148, m\u00f4\u017ee to veci nen\u00e1padne, ale skuto\u010dne zmeni\u0165.<br>\n<br><strong>5.
