Niekedy za\u017e\u00edvame naozaj pekn\u00e9 chv\u00edle \u2013 smejeme sa s priate\u013emi, po\u010d\u00favame hudbu, jeme chutn\u00e9 jedlo, alebo rob\u00edme nie\u010do, \u010do n\u00e1s bav\u00ed. Je skvel\u00e9 u\u017e\u00edva\u0165 si tieto chv\u00edle.<br> No \u017eivot prin\u00e1\u0161a aj \u0165a\u017ek\u00e9 \u010dasy, kedy prich\u00e1dzaj\u00fa probl\u00e9my. M\u00f4\u017ee to by\u0165 \u010doko\u013evek: stres zo sk\u00fa\u0161ky, h\u00e1dka s kamar\u00e1tom, \u010dudn\u00e1 spr\u00e1va alebo nie\u010do nepr\u00edjemn\u00e9, \u010do n\u00e1m rodi\u010d alebo u\u010dite\u013e povedal alebo urobil.<br> <br><strong>2.   Vn\u00fatorn\u00fd svet \u2013 \u010co sa deje vo vn\u00fatri?<\/strong><br> Hlas:<br> Ke\u010f sa to stane, nec\u00edtime sa dobre. M\u00f4\u017eeme sa c\u00edti\u0165 skleslo, frustrovan\u00ed, smutn\u00ed, sklaman\u00ed, c\u00edtime \u00fazkos\u0165 alebo sme jednoducho mimo. To je norm\u00e1lne.<br> Tieto nepr\u00edjemn\u00e9 pocity n\u00e1s m\u00f4\u017eu dokonca prenasledova\u0165. M\u00f4\u017eeme prehnane reagova\u0165 alebo neust\u00e1le dokola prem\u00fd\u0161\u013ea\u0165 o tej jednej spr\u00e1ve, \u010do sme dostali, alebo o rozhovore, ktor\u00fd sme viedli. Niekedy to dokonca nar\u00fa\u0161a n\u00e1\u0161 sp\u00e1nok \u2013 le\u017e\u00edme v posteli, sna\u017e\u00edme sa odd\u00fdchnu\u0165 si, ale n\u00e1\u0161 mozog pracuje na pln\u00e9 obr\u00e1tky.<br> <br><strong>3. Z\u00e1kladn\u00e1 koncepcia \u2013  Toto m\u00f4\u017eete vysk\u00fa\u0161a\u0165<\/strong><br> Hlas:<br> Vedeli ste, \u017ee na\u0161a myse\u013e je naprogramovan\u00e1 tak, aby sa viac s\u00fastredila na negat\u00edvne veci? Takto \u013eudia v minulosti toti\u017e dok\u00e1zali pre\u017ei\u0165 \u2013 boli ostra\u017eit\u00ed vo\u010di nebezpe\u010denstvu, napr\u00edklad divok\u00fdm zvierat\u00e1m. Dnes u\u017e s\u00edce neutek\u00e1me pred tigrami, ale na\u0161e mozgy st\u00e1le silno reaguj\u00fa na s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00e9 \u201eohrozenia\u201c \u2013 ako s\u00fa zl\u00e9 zn\u00e1mky, nepr\u00edjemn\u00e9 koment\u00e1re alebo nie\u010do, \u010do sme pr\u00e1ve videli na soci\u00e1lnych sie\u0165ach.<br> <br>Tak\u017ee... ke\u010f k tomu d\u00f4jde, \u010do je vtedy dobr\u00e9 spravi\u0165?<br> Najprv si dovoli\u0165 to prec\u00edti\u0165. To, \u010do c\u00edtite, je skuto\u010dn\u00e9 a d\u00e1va to zmysel. Nemus\u00edte hne\u010f tieto pocity potl\u00e1\u010da\u0165. Je dobr\u00e9 zisti\u0165, \u010do sa deje vo va\u0161om vn\u00fatri. Na \u010do mysl\u00edte? Ak\u00e9 em\u00f3cie c\u00edtite? Viete tieto pocity pomenova\u0165 \u2013 napr\u00edklad sm\u00fatok, hnev, strach, \u00fazkos\u0165, rozpaky? Viete pomenova\u0165, \u010do sa deje vo va\u0161om tele? Mo\u017eno c\u00edtite tlak na hrudi, boles\u0165 brucha, hr\u010du v hrdle alebo zr\u00fdchlen\u00fd tep.<br> Ke\u010f si tieto veci uvedom\u00edte, to \u010do v\u00e1m m\u00f4\u017ee pom\u00f4c\u0165, je s\u00fastredi\u0165 sa na d\u00fdchanie do brucha. Postupne m\u00f4\u017eete presun\u00fa\u0165 pozornos\u0165 na svoje chodidl\u00e1, nohy a zadok, \u010do v\u00e1m m\u00f4\u017ee pom\u00f4c\u0165 uzemni\u0165 sa.<br> <br><strong>4.
