Fungujeme na autopilotovi \u2013 teda rob\u00edme veci zo zvyku, bez toho, aby sme si uvedomovali, ako sa pri tom c\u00edtime.<br> <br><strong>2. \u010co sa deje vo vn\u00fatri ?<\/strong><br> Hlas:<br> Predstavte si, \u017ee idete do \u0161koly, ste ponoren\u00ed do svojich my\u0161lienok a ani nevn\u00edmate svoje okolie. Alebo ste so svojim kamo\u0161om a va\u0161a myse\u013e je niekde inde \u2013 mo\u017eno pri spr\u00e1ve, ktor\u00fa ste pr\u00e1ve videli, alebo pri pl\u00e1noch, \u010do budete robi\u0165 nesk\u00f4r. To je re\u017eim autopilota va\u0161ej mysle. Autopilot je stav, ke\u010f kon\u00e1te, ale myse\u013e je niekde inde. Nevn\u00edmate, \u010do sa deje okolo v\u00e1s alebo vo v\u00e1s.<br> Ke\u010f tr\u00e1vime pr\u00edli\u0161 ve\u013ea \u010dasu v re\u017eime autopilota, unikaj\u00fa n\u00e1m mal\u00e9, ale skuto\u010dne dobr\u00e9 veci \u2013 ak\u00e9 chutn\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 jedlo, ako dobre znie hudba alebo ak\u00e9 pr\u00edjemn\u00e9 je spravi\u0165 nie\u010do pre druh\u00fdch, pom\u00f4c\u0165 niekomu. Neust\u00e1le sa pon\u00e1h\u013eame, st\u00e1le sme nie\u010d\u00edm rozpt\u00fdlen\u00ed.<br> <br><strong>3. Tie\u017e n\u00e1m to pom\u00e1ha upokoji\u0165 sa, s\u00fastredi\u0165 sa pri \u0161t\u00fadiu a vn\u00edma\u0165 svoje skuto\u010dn\u00e9 pocity namiesto toho, aby sme len automaticky reagovali.<br> <br><strong>4. Pre\u010do je to vlastne d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9\u201c<\/strong><br> Hlas:<br> \u010co to teda znamen\u00e1? V\u0161\u00edmavos\u0165 sa neobmedzuje len na nejak\u00e9 \u0161peci\u00e1lne okamihy \u2013 m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou takmer v\u0161etk\u00e9ho, \u010do be\u017ene rob\u00edme. \u010ci u\u017e ideme do \u0161koly, rozpr\u00e1vame sa s niek\u00fdm, po\u010d\u00favame hudbu alebo jeme desiatu, ka\u017ed\u00fd jeden okamih n\u00e1m d\u00e1va \u0161ancu, aby sme v \u0148om boli pr\u00edtomn\u00ed. Jedlo je len jeden z mnoh\u00fdch pr\u00edkladov. Ke\u010f jeme v\u0161\u00edmav\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom, venujeme tejto sk\u00fasenosti svoju pln\u00fa pozornos\u0165. \u017diadny mobil, \u017eiadna telka, \u017eiadne scrollovanie. Len jedenie.<br> Vn\u00edmame zvuk chrumkav\u00e9ho jablka, sp\u00f4sob, ak\u00fdm sa \u010dokol\u00e1da top\u00ed na jazyku, v\u00f4\u0148u upe\u010den\u00e9ho chleba, text\u00faru ry\u017ee, alebo farby na na\u0161om tanieri. C\u00edtime teplotu jedla, v\u00e1hu ly\u017eice v na\u0161ej ruke, rytmus pre\u017e\u00favania.<br> Mo\u017eno zist\u00edte, \u017ee aj mal\u00fd k\u00fasok \u010dokol\u00e1dy m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 ve\u013ek\u00fdm z\u00e1\u017eitkom. Nemus\u00edte sa pri jedle pon\u00e1h\u013ea\u0165 ani zjes\u0165 \u00faplne v\u0161etko, aby ste boli spokojn\u00ed. By\u0165 pr\u00edtomn\u00fd pri jedle v\u00e1m pom\u00e1ha viac si ho vychutna\u0165 a zjes\u0165 len to\u013eko, ko\u013eko potrebujete. Nie je to o pravidl\u00e1ch, ale o uvedomen\u00ed si. Sp\u00fdtajte sa sami seba: \u010co pr\u00e1ve teraz vn\u00edmam? Ako sa pri tom c\u00edtim?<br> Ke\u010f sme pr\u00edtomn\u00ed v danom okamihu, za\u010d\u00edname aj viac vn\u00edma\u0165. Nielen\u017ee si viac u\u017e\u00edvame to, \u010do rob\u00edme, ale pom\u00e1ha n\u00e1m to tie\u017e uvedomi\u0165 si, \u010di to, \u010do jeme, po\u010d\u00favame alebo pri \u010dom tr\u00e1vime \u010das, je pre n\u00e1s naozaj dobr\u00e9.
