T\u00e1to aktivita predstavuje koncept \u201enegat\u00edvnej zaujatosti\u201c mozgu (na\u0161a tendencia s\u00fastredi\u0165 sa na probl\u00e9my) a ukazuje, ako zapisovanie pozit\u00edvnych z\u00e1\u017eitkov a sk\u00fasenost\u00ed m\u00f4\u017ee tr\u00e9nova\u0165 na\u0161u myse\u013e, aby viac vn\u00edmala pozit\u00edvne veci, \u010d\u00edm sa zn\u00ed\u017ei stres.<br>\nPokyny:<br>\n1. Vysvetlite \u00fa\u010del: \u201eN\u00e1\u0161 mozog prirodzene venuje v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu pozornos\u0165 probl\u00e9mom ne\u017e dobr\u00fdm veciam \u2013 naz\u00fdva sa to sklon k negativizmu. Zapisovanie si pozit\u00edvnych momentov pom\u00e1ha tento sklon vyva\u017eova\u0165 a tak zlep\u0161uje n\u00e1ladu.\u201c<br>\n2. Dajte ka\u017ed\u00e9mu \u017eiakovi dva lepiace papieriky.<br>\n3. Na jeden papierik nap\u00ed\u0161te jeden pozit\u00edvny moment dne\u0161n\u00e9ho d\u0148a (napr. smiech s kamar\u00e1tom, vychutn\u00e1vanie si jedla, po\u010d\u00favanie ob\u013e\u00fabenej pesni\u010dky).<br>\n4. Na druh\u00fd papierik nap\u00ed\u0161te jeden pozit\u00edvny moment z v\u010deraj\u0161ka alebo zo za\u010diatku t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a.<br>\n5. Vyzvite \u017eiakov, nech op\u00ed\u0161u aj detaily: \u201e\u010co sa stalo? Kde ste boli? Kto tam bol?\u201c<br>\n6. Pozvite \u017eiakov, aby oba papieriky nalepili na ur\u010den\u00e9 miesto v triede a vytvorili tak \u201estenu radosti\u201c.<br>\n7. Vysvetlite im: \u201eZaka\u017ed\u00fdm, ke\u010f sa pozrieme na stenu radosti, pripom\u00edname n\u00e1\u0161mu mozgu, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148 sa dej\u00fa dobr\u00e9 veci.\u201c<br>\nOt\u00e1zky na zamyslenie:<br>\n1.
