Za\u010dnite kr\u00e1tkym vysvetlen\u00edm: \u201eHnev je norm\u00e1lny, ale ak reagujeme pr\u00edli\u0161 r\u00fdchlo, m\u00f4\u017ee to po\u0161kodi\u0165 vz\u0165ahy s druh\u00fdmi \u013eu\u010fmi. Dnes sa nau\u010d\u00edme rozpozn\u00e1va\u0165 sign\u00e1ly hnevu a robi\u0165 pauzu.\u201c<br>\n2. Dajte ka\u017ed\u00e9mu \u017eiakovi dve lepiace papieriky:<br>\n3. Na prv\u00fd uve\u010fte jeden fyzick\u00fd sign\u00e1l, ktor\u00fd ukazuje, \u017ee sa hnev\u00e1te (napr. za\u0165at\u00e9 p\u00e4ste, nap\u00e4t\u00e1 \u010de\u013eus\u0165).<br>\n4. Na druh\u00fd nap\u00ed\u0161te jednu vec, ktor\u00fa m\u00f4\u017eete urobi\u0165, aby ste sa zastavili a nereagovali hne\u010f (napr. nad\u00fdchnu\u0165 sa, po\u010d\u00edta\u0165 do p\u00e4\u0165).<br>\n5. Zozbierajte pozn\u00e1mky a umiestnite ich na dva flipcharty: \u201eSign\u00e1ly hnevu\u201c a \u201eStrat\u00e9gia na zastavenie sa\u201c.<br>\n6. Stru\u010dne diskutujte o vzorcoch a zd\u00f4raznite u\u017eito\u010dn\u00e9 strat\u00e9gie.<br>\nOt\u00e1zky na zamyslenie:<br>\n1. Ak\u00e9 sign\u00e1ly tela v\u00e1m nazna\u010duj\u00fa, \u017ee sa hnev\u00e1te?<br>\n2. Ktor\u00fa strat\u00e9giu na zastavenie sa by ste vysk\u00fa\u0161ali ako prv\u00fa?<br>\n3.
