Skupinu \u017eiakov postavte do tvaru kruhu.<br>\n2. Jedna ruka predstavuje zajaca (urobte gesto zajaca rukou ) a druh\u00e1 predstavuje zbra\u0148 (urobte gesto zbrane rukou ).<br>\n3. Gest\u00e1 striedajte: najsk\u00f4r jedna ruka mieri zbra\u0148ou na zajaca, potom v\u00fdmena tak, aby sa zajac stal zbra\u0148ou a mieril na druh\u00fa ruku.<br>\n4. Pustite rytmick\u00fa hudbu, ktor\u00e1 sa postupne zr\u00fdch\u013euje, zatia\u013e \u010do v\u0161etci spolo\u010dne cvi\u010dia.<br>\n5. Za\u010dnite pomaly, potom zvy\u0161ujte r\u00fdchlos\u0165, aby to bolo n\u00e1ro\u010dnej\u0161ie.<br>\n6.
