Do stredu triedy umiestnite ve\u013ek\u00fd list papiera, flipchart alebo kart\u00f3n s obrysom postavy v \u017eivotnej ve\u013ekosti.<br>\n2. Ka\u017ed\u00e9mu \u017eiakovi dajte nieko\u013eko lepiacich papierikov. Po\u017eiadajte ich, aby nap\u00edsali na ka\u017ed\u00fd papierik jeden fyzick\u00fd pr\u00edznak, ktor\u00fd si v\u0161\u00edmaj\u00fa u seba, ke\u010f s\u00fa v strese (napr. nap\u00e4t\u00e9 ramen\u00e1, boles\u0165 hlavy, spoten\u00e9 dlane), alebo nie\u010do, \u010do pozoruj\u00fa u in\u00fdch. (Ak sa niekto c\u00edti nepr\u00edjemne, m\u00f4\u017ee z aktivity kedyko\u013evek vyst\u00fapi\u0165.)<br>\n3. \u017diaci jeden po druhom prich\u00e1dzaj\u00fa dopredu a nalepia svoje l\u00edstky na t\u00fa \u010das\u0165 postavy, kde sa dan\u00fd pr\u00edznak vyskytuje. Ak je pr\u00edznak u\u017e uveden\u00fd, aj tak pridaj\u00fa svoj l\u00edstok, \u010d\u00edm sa zd\u00f4razn\u00ed, o ak\u00fd be\u017en\u00fd jav ide.<br>\n4. Ke\u010f v\u0161etci prispeli, pozrite sa spolo\u010dne na obr\u00e1zok a v\u0161imnite si vzorce.<br>\nOt\u00e1zky na zamyslenie:<br>\n1. Ktor\u00e9 \u010dasti tela maj\u00fa najviac papierikov?<br>\n2. \u010co v\u00e1m pom\u00e1ha zmierni\u0165 stres, ke\u010f ho c\u00edtite v t\u00fdchto \u010dastiach tela?<br>\n3. Ako sa va\u0161e telo c\u00edti, ke\u010f ste uvo\u013enen\u00ed?<br>\n4.
