Rozde\u013ete triedu na mal\u00e9 skupiny po 3 \u2013 4 \u017eiakov.<br>\n2. Ak sa niekto c\u00edti nepr\u00edjemne, m\u00f4\u017ee kedyko\u013evek z aktivity vyst\u00fapi\u0165.<br>\n3. Najsk\u00f4r ka\u017ed\u00e1 skupina vytvor\u00ed jednu sochu tela, ktor\u00e1 vyjadruje nepohodlie (ako telo vyzer\u00e1, ke\u010f je stresovan\u00e9 alebo \u00fazkostn\u00e9 \u2013 napr. zhrben\u00e9 plecia, za\u0165at\u00e9 p\u00e4ste, nap\u00e4t\u00e1 \u010de\u013eus\u0165).<br>\n4. Zotrvajte v polohe nepohodlia asi 5 sek\u00fand a v\u0161\u00edmajte si, \u010do to rob\u00ed vo va\u0161om tele.<br>\n5. Potom ka\u017ed\u00e1 skupina vytvor\u00ed druh\u00fa sochu, ktor\u00e1 vyjadruje pokoj (ako telo vyzer\u00e1, ke\u010f je uvo\u013enen\u00e9 a ukotven\u00e9 \u2013 napr. otvoren\u00fd postoj, uvo\u013enen\u00e9 plecia, stabiln\u00e9 d\u00fdchanie).<br>\n6. Zotrvajte aj v tejto polohe asi 5 sek\u00fand a v\u0161imnite si rozdiel.<br>\n7. Skupiny robia t\u00fato aktivitu len v r\u00e1mci svojej skupiny. Ak sa c\u00edtia pohodlne, m\u00f4\u017eu na z\u00e1klade rozhodnutia u\u010dite\u013ea kr\u00e1tko predstavi\u0165 svoje sochy triede.<br>\nOt\u00e1zky na zamyslenie:<br>\n1. Ako sa va\u0161e telo c\u00edtilo v nepohodlnej polohe v porovnan\u00ed s pokojnou polohou?<br>\n2. Ktor\u00e9 \u010dasti v\u00e1\u0161ho tela boli najviac nap\u00e4t\u00e9? Ktor\u00e9 boli najviac uvo\u013enen\u00e9?<br>\n3. Zmenilo sa va\u0161e d\u00fdchanie medzi t\u00fdmito dvoma poz\u00edciami?<br>\n4. Ako sa zmenili va\u0161e my\u0161lienky alebo em\u00f3cie, ke\u010f ste pre\u0161li do pokojnej sochy?<br>\n5.
