Toto cvi\u010denie je ide\u00e1lne robi\u0165 von na tichom mieste (na \u0161kolskom dvore alebo po\u010das u\u010denia v pr\u00edrode). Ak to nie je mo\u017en\u00e9, sta\u010d\u00ed aj tich\u00e1 trieda.<br>\n2. Po\u017eiadajte v\u0161etk\u00fdch, aby si pohodlne sadli a po\u010das cvi\u010denia zostali v pokoji.<br>\n3. Pozvite \u017eiakov, aby zavreli o\u010di, ak chc\u00fa.<br>\n4.
