Vedom\u00fd pokus o zameranie va\u0161ej pozornosti v\u00e1m m\u00f4\u017ee pom\u00f4c\u0165 s\u00fastredi\u0165 sa na to, \u010do pr\u00e1ve rob\u00edte, zvl\u00e1da\u0165 stres alebo c\u00edti\u0165 sa sebavedomej\u0161ie.<br>\n<br><strong>2. Vn\u00fatorn\u00fd svet \u2014 \u201e\u010co sa deje vo vn\u00fatri?\u201c<\/strong><br>\nHlas:<br>\nNa\u0161a pozornos\u0165 je ako baterka v na\u0161ej mysli.<br>\nPom\u00e1ha n\u00e1m s\u00fastredi\u0165 sa na jednu vec \u2013 a zvy\u0161ok ignorova\u0165.<br>\nM\u00f4\u017eeme ju upriami\u0165 na svoje my\u0161lienky, predmety, ktor\u00e9 vid\u00edme, alebo zvuky, ktor\u00e9 po\u010dujeme.<br>\nMy\u0161lienky sa neust\u00e1le vyn\u00e1raj\u00fa. Na\u0161a myse\u013e ich generuje cel\u00fd de\u0148 \u2013 od chv\u00edle, ke\u010f sa zobud\u00edme, a\u017e do chv\u00edle, ke\u010f zasp\u00edme. Nem\u00f4\u017eeme ich zastavi\u0165.<br>\nAle ke\u010f na ne zameriame pozornos\u0165 a uvedom\u00edme si, \u017ee toto je len my\u0161lienka, nebudeme c\u00edti\u0165 tak\u00fa siln\u00fa potrebu st\u00e1le na \u0148u myslie\u0165 \u2013 a takto \u013eah\u0161ie od\u00edde.
