You can shift or move anytime you need.<br><br>Now gently noticing your posture\u2026<br>Feeling your body just as it is\u2014maybe sensing the weight of your arms, your legs, your back.<br>Feeling the connection between your body and the ground.<br>Noticing how your body is supported.<br>This connection can help you feel grounded and present.<br><br>Bringing attention to your breath\u2014maybe noticing the air moving in and out of your nose\u2026<br>Or the gentle rise and fall of your belly. [3 sec pause]<br>If your mind drifts, that\u2019s totally OK.<br>Just gently returning to your breath or the feeling of your body resting here.<br><br>Now, you can bring your attention to the nice things in life. You might notice things that are easy to overlook\u2014like the feeling of sunshine on your skin, or the sound of birds, or someone smiling at you.<br>Maybe the sound of music that lifts your mood.<br>Even the ability to move your body, to learn new things, or to laugh with someone.<br>These are all valuable parts of life, even if they seem small.<br><br>You can also notice the people who care about you\u2026[3 sec pause]<br>Moments when you felt safe, supported, or proud of something you did.[3 sec pause]<br>Maybe a skill you\u2019ve worked hard to build, or something you own that brings you comfort.[3 sec pause]<br><br>Letting these valuable things come to mind, one by one.[3 sec pause]<br>Not needing to force anything\u2014just noticing what shows up.[3 sec pause]<br>If nothing comes, that\u2019s okay too. You may just stay with your breath or the sounds around you.<br><br>Now you may gently choose one or two valuable things in your life that you feel thankful for today.[3 sec pause]<br>They can be big or small\u2014whatever feels right for you.<br>Holding them gently in your mind, like treasures in your pocket.<br>You may feel warmth, calm, or even a little smile inside.[3 sec pause]<br>And if not, that\u2019s perfectly okay.
