Here is a short mindful walking practice!<br>For this practice, you don\u2019t need much space. Just a few steps forward and back is enough. It is preferable to keep your eyes open when walking.<br><br>Let\u2019s begin by standing still, with your feet on the ground.<br>Feeling your body upright, balanced, and steady.<br>Before we start moving, take one deep breath and feel the ground beneath your feet.<br><br>You can begin to walk slowly.<br>Lifting one foot\u2026 moving it forward\u2026 and gently putting it down.<br>Then lifting the other foot\u2026 moving\u2026 and putting.<br>Step by step, noticing the feeling of your feet touching the ground. [3 sec pause]<br><br>When you reach the end of your space, you may simply turn around, and walk back the other way.<br>There\u2019s no hurry.<br>Just moving slowly, with awareness on your feet.<br><br>If your mind gets distracted, that\u2019s okay.<br>Simply returning to the sensation of walking \u2014 lifting, moving, putting.<br><br>Now, slowly coming to a stop.<br>Noticing your feet on the ground, and your body standing still.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hello!
