Sc\u00e9na \u201cZn\u00e1te to taky?\u201d<br>\nV\u0161imli jste si n\u011bkdy, nad \u010d\u00edm vlastn\u011b p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00edte? N\u011bkter\u00e9 my\u0161lenky jsou p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9. N\u011bkter\u00e9 jsou u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9. A n\u011bkter\u00e9\u2026 zas tak p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 nejsou. N\u011bkter\u00e9 my\u0161lenky se mihnou a hned zmiz\u00ed, jako mal\u00e9 z\u00e1blesky. Jin\u00e9 se dr\u017e\u00ed a b\u011bhaj\u00ed v hlav\u011b furt dokola. Lidsk\u00e1 mysl neust\u00e1le vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed my\u0161lenky \u2014 i kdy\u017e nic ned\u011bl\u00e1te a sna\u017e\u00edte se jen  vypnout a odpo\u010d\u00edvat.<br>\n2. Sc\u00e9na \u201cCo se d\u011bje uvnit\u0159?\u201d<br>\nN\u011bkdy se v\u00e1m my\u0161lenky po\u0159\u00e1d to\u010d\u00ed v hlav\u011b dokola a ned\u00e1 se to zastavit. Jako kdy\u017e mysl\u00edte na bl\u00ed\u017e\u00edc\u00ed se test nebo na n\u011bco, co v\u00e1s fakt rozhodilo. Tomu se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 overthinking, zacyklen\u00e9 p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed. Mozek znovu a znovu p\u0159ehr\u00e1v\u00e1 to sam\u00e9 a sna\u017e\u00ed se to n\u011bjak \u201eopravit\u201c. Jen\u017ee m\u00edsto toho, aby to pomohlo, tak v\u00e1s to akor\u00e1t v\u00edc vystresuje.<br>\n3. Sc\u00e9na \u201eZkus se nad t\u00edm zamyslet\u201c<br>\nA\/ Mindfulness nen\u00ed o tom sna\u017eit se zastavit my\u0161lenky. Jde o to zm\u011bnit zp\u016fsob, jak k nim p\u0159istupujete. P\u0159edstavte si svoje my\u0161lenky jako vlaky. Va\u0161e mysl je jako n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed a my\u0161lenky jsou vlaky, kter\u00e9 p\u0159ij\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00ed a zase odj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00ed. N\u011bkter\u00e9 jsou kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 a lehk\u00e9, jin\u00e9 dlouh\u00e9 a pln\u00e9 t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9ho n\u00e1kladu. A te\u010f si p\u0159edstavte, \u017ee VY stoj\u00edte na n\u00e1stupi\u0161ti a jen sledujete, jak vlaky proj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00ed.<br>\nB\/ Dovolte si z\u016fstat na n\u00e1stupi\u0161ti a nenaskakovat do ka\u017ed\u00e9ho vlaku, kter\u00fd projede. M\u016f\u017ee  V\u00e1m pomoci t\u0159eba vn\u00edmat, jak se va\u0161e chodidla dot\u00fdkaj\u00ed zem\u011b, nebo si v\u0161imnout pocit\u016f v doln\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti t\u011bla.<br>\nC\/ Ob\u010das ale projede vlak, kter\u00fd v\u00e1s \u00fapln\u011b vt\u00e1hne. M\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt velk\u00e1 starost, my\u0161lenky na n\u011bco, co je pro v\u00e1s d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, n\u011bco, co v\u00e1m p\u0159ipad\u00e1 nespravedliv\u00e9, nebo naopak p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 sn\u011bn\u00ed. A ne\u017e se nad\u011bjete, jste v tom \u2014 nasko\u010dili jste na ten my\u0161lenkov\u00fd vlak a jste od n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b daleko, \u00fapln\u011b lapen\u00ed ve vlastn\u00edch my\u0161lenk\u00e1ch.<br>\nD\/  I to je v po\u0159\u00e1dku. D\u011bje se to v\u0161em, nemus\u00edte se c\u00edtit provinile. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd je jen v\u0161imnout si, \u017ee se to stalo. Vra\u0165te pozornost zp\u00e1tky k t\u011blu, proci\u0165te sv\u00e1 chodidla, zhluboka se nadechn\u011bte a vra\u0165te se na n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b. A pak u\u017e jen d\u00e1l pozorujte vlaky \u2014 ty my\u0161lenky, jak p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed a zase odch\u00e1zej\u00ed.<br>\n4. Sc\u00e9na \u201cPro\u010d na tom v\u016fbec z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed?\u201d<br>\nMy\u0161lenky p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed a odch\u00e1zej\u00ed po\u0159\u00e1d. Nemus\u00edte s nimi bojovat ani je zah\u00e1n\u011bt. Sta\u010d\u00ed je jen pozorovat.<br>\nA kdy\u017e se objev\u00ed siln\u00fd proud my\u0161lenek, m\u016f\u017eete se zam\u011b\u0159it na to, jak se va\u0161e chodidla dot\u00fdkaj\u00ed zem\u011b \u2014 to V\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee pomoci, aby v\u00e1s ten proud \u00fapln\u011b nestrhl.<br>\n<br>5. Sc\u00e9na \u201cBu\u010f zv\u011bdavej\u201d<br>\nKdy\u017e to budete zkou\u0161et \u010dast\u011bji, nau\u010d\u00edte se, \u017ee i kdy\u017e my\u0161lenky p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed, nemus\u00edte se v nich zasek\u00e1vat.
