Nebo scrollujete soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b a najednou m\u00e1te pocit, \u017ee v\u0161ichni ostatn\u00ed maj\u00ed sv\u016fj \u017eivot mnohem v\u00edc pod kontrolou ne\u017e vy.<br>\nA pak se ozve ten hlas ve va\u0161\u00ed hlav\u011b:<br>\n\u201eSe\u0161 \u00faplnej looser.\u201c<br>\n\u201ePro\u010d nejse\u0161 v\u00edc jak oni?\u201c<br>\nJojo\u2026tenhle hlas\u2026tak ten um\u00ed b\u00fdt p\u011bkn\u011b vostrej.<br>\nAle co kdy\u017e byste mu nemuseli v\u011b\u0159it \u00fapln\u011b v\u0161echno, co \u0159\u00edk\u00e1?<br>\n<br>2. Sc\u00e9na \u201cCo se d\u011bje uvnit\u0159?\u201d<br>\nKdy\u017e se zam\u011b\u0159\u00edte dovnit\u0159, nevn\u00edm\u00e1te jen my\u0161lenky v hlav\u011b. Jsou tam i pocity v cel\u00e9m t\u011ble. M\u016f\u017ee se v\u00e1m st\u00e1hnout \u017ealudek. Hrudn\u00edk se napne. Najednou se c\u00edt\u00edte mal\u00ed. Sami.<br>\nDo toho je tu V\u00e1\u0161 vnit\u0159n\u00ed kritik, kter\u00fd se oz\u00fdv\u00e1 nejv\u00edc pr\u00e1v\u011b tehdy, kdy\u017e jste ve stresu, c\u00edt\u00edte se trapn\u011b, nebo m\u00e1te prost\u011b den, kdy je v\u0161echno na nic.<br>\nA te\u010f si uv\u011bdomte, \u017ee takhle vost\u0159e, jak mluv\u00edte k sob\u011b a soud\u00edte sami sebe, byste se sv\u00fdm k\u00e1mo\u0161em nikdy nemluvili. Kdyby v\u00e1\u0161 nejlep\u0161\u00ed kamar\u00e1d proch\u00e1zel t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdm obdob\u00edm, nejsp\u00ed\u0161 byste mu \u0159ekli n\u011bco jako:<br>\n\u201eHele, tohle je fakt t\u011b\u017ek\u00fd. Ale sem tu pro tebe.\u201c<br>\n<br>3. Sc\u00e9na \u201eZkus se nad t\u00edm zamyslet\u201c<br>\nA tady p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed na \u0159adu soucit k sob\u011b sam\u00fdm.<br>\nNeznamen\u00e1 to d\u011blat, \u017ee je v\u0161echno v pohod\u011b nebo p\u0159edst\u00edrat, \u017ee probl\u00e9m neexistuje.<br>\nJde o to b\u00fdt k sob\u011b up\u0159\u00edmn\u00ed \u2014 a z\u00e1rove\u0148 i laskav\u00ed.<br>\nSoucit s\u00e1m se sebou m\u00e1 t\u0159i kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd \u010d\u00e1sti.<br>\n<br>Prvn\u00ed krok je v\u0161imnout si sebe, kdy\u017e proch\u00e1z\u00edte t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00edm obdob\u00edm. Neignorovat to, ale ani z toho ned\u011blat v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed drama, ne\u017e to opravdu je.<br>\n<br>Druh\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st je uv\u011bdomit si, \u017ee v tom nejste sami. Ka\u017ed\u00fd n\u011bkdy chybuje, bojuje s n\u011b\u010d\u00edm, nebo se c\u00edt\u00ed ztracen\u00fd. Nejste rozbit\u00ed \u2014 jste prost\u011b lidi.<br>\n<br>A t\u0159et\u00ed je laskavost. Nemus\u00edte na sebe b\u00fdt tak tvrd\u00ed. Zkuste se sebou mluvit laskav\u011b a s pochopen\u00edm \u2014 tak, jak byste mluvili s n\u011bk\u00fdm, na kom v\u00e1m opravdu z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed. Proto\u017ee V\u00e1m na V\u00e1s z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed.<br>\nN\u011bkdy si soucit vyj\u00e1d\u0159\u00edte jemn\u011b \u2014 t\u0159eba kdy\u017e si dop\u0159ejete chv\u00edli klidu nebo si v duchu \u0159eknete, \u017ee to zvl\u00e1dnete. A jindy jej projev\u00edte skrz odvahu a s\u00edlu \u2014 kdy\u017e si nastav\u00edte hranice, postav\u00edte se za sebe nebo jdete d\u00e1l, i kdy\u017e je to t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9.<br>\nJe to jako b\u00fdt sv\u00fdm vlastn\u00edm nejlep\u0161\u00edm kamar\u00e1dem\u2026 a z\u00e1rove\u0148 sv\u00fdm vlastn\u00edm kou\u010dem.<br>\n4. Sc\u00e9na \u201cPro\u010d na tom v\u016fbec z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed?\u201d<br>\nKdy\u017e v\u00e1m k\u00e1mo\u0161 hned neodpov\u00ed na textovku, m\u016f\u017eete si \u0159\u00edct: \u201cTo je v pohod\u011b, nemus\u00ed to hned znamenat, \u017ee m\u011b nem\u00e1 r\u00e1d.\u201d<br>\nKdy\u017e se chcete ve t\u0159\u00edd\u011b p\u0159ihl\u00e1sit, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 jste z toho nerv\u00f3zn\u00ed, m\u016f\u017eete si \u0159\u00edct: Je norm\u00e1ln\u00ed b\u00fdt nerv\u00f3zn\u00ed, stejn\u011b to zkus\u00edm\u201d.<br>\nKdy\u017e V\u00e1s nevezmou do t\u00fdmu do kter\u00e9ho jste cht\u011bli: \u201cMrz\u00ed m\u011b to, ale neznamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee na to nem\u00e1m. Budu d\u00e1l tr\u00e9novat\u201d.<br>\n<br>5. Sc\u00e9na \u201cBu\u010f zv\u011bdavej\u201d<br>\nTak\u017ee p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b, a\u017e zas na V\u00e1s spust\u00ed v\u00e1\u0161 vnit\u0159n\u00ed kritik, co kdyby jste mu zkusili odpov\u011bd\u011bt laskav\u011bji?<br>\nJak by to asi zn\u011blo?<br>\nJen se nad t\u00edm zkuste zamyslet.<br>\nProto\u017ee to, jak se chov\u00e1te sami k sob\u011b, ten vnit\u0159n\u00ed hlas, tenhle vztah k v\u00e1m samotn\u00fdm je dost d\u016fle\u017eitej.
