Za\u010dn\u011bte kr\u00e1tk\u00fdm vysv\u011btlen\u00edm: \u201eVztek je norm\u00e1ln\u00ed, ale kdy\u017e podle n\u011bho zareagujeme p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 rychle, m\u016f\u017ee to po\u0161kodit vztahy. Dejte ka\u017ed\u00e9mu \u017e\u00e1kovi a ka\u017ed\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1kyni dva lep\u00edc\u00ed pap\u00edrky s t\u00edmto zad\u00e1n\u00edm:<br>\n3. Na prvn\u00ed napi\u0161te jeden t\u011blesn\u00fd sign\u00e1l, kter\u00fd u v\u00e1s ukazuje, \u017ee se za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1te zlobit (nap\u0159. sev\u0159en\u00e9 p\u011bsti, napjat\u00e1 \u010delist).<br>\n4.
