Postavte se ve skupin\u011b do kruhu.<br>\n2. Jedna ruka p\u0159edstavuje kr\u00e1l\u00edka (ud\u011blejte rukou gesto kr\u00e1l\u00edka) a druh\u00e1 ruka p\u0159edstavuje pistoli (ud\u011blejte rukou gesto pistole).<br>\n3. Tato gesta st\u0159\u00eddejte: nejprve jedna ruka \u201em\u00ed\u0159\u00ed pistol\u00ed\u201c na kr\u00e1l\u00edka, potom to proho\u010fte tak, aby se kr\u00e1l\u00edk stal pistol\u00ed a \u201em\u00ed\u0159il\u201c na druhou ruku.<br>\n4. Pus\u0165te rytmickou hudbu, kter\u00e1 se postupn\u011b zrychluje (nap\u0159. Wellerman od Nathan Evans), a cvi\u010dte v\u0161ichni spole\u010dn\u011b.<br>\n5. Za\u010dn\u011bte pomalu, potom zvy\u0161ujte rychlost, aby to bylo n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<br>\n6. Je v po\u0159\u00e1dku d\u011blat chyby \u2013 jen je opravte a pokra\u010dujte.<br>\n7. Pokra\u010dujte asi 2 minuty, potom ud\u011blejte pauzu na reflexi.<br>\nReflexn\u00ed ot\u00e1zky:<br>\n1.
