Ide\u00e1ln\u011b tuto aktivitu d\u011blejte venku na klidn\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b (\u0161koln\u00ed dv\u016fr nebo venkovn\u00ed v\u00fduka). Pokud to nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9, posta\u010d\u00ed i klidn\u00e1 t\u0159\u00edda.<br>\n<br>2. Pohodln\u011b se usa\u010fte a z\u016fsta\u0148te po celou dobu cvi\u010den\u00ed v klidu.<br>\n<br>3. Pokud chcete, zav\u0159ete o\u010di.<br>\n<br>4. Po dobu 3 minut (lze upravit v z\u00e1vislosti na skupin\u011b) pozorn\u011b naslouchejte v\u0161em zvuk\u016fm, kter\u00e9 sly\u0161\u00edte \u2014 bl\u00edzk\u00fdm i vzd\u00e1len\u00fdm.<br>\n<br>5. Pokud se objev\u00ed my\u0161lenky, jen si jich v\u0161imn\u011bte a jemn\u011b vra\u0165te pozornost zp\u011bt ke zvuk\u016fm.<br>\n<br>6. Po uplynut\u00ed \u010dasu se pod\u011blte o to, jak\u00e9 zvuky jste zaznamenali.<br>\n<br>7. V\u0161echny zvuky napi\u0161te na tabuli a vytvo\u0159te tak \u201ezvukovou mapu\u201c prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<br>\n<br>Ot\u00e1zky k reflexi:<br>\n<br>1. Jak\u00e9 to bylo z\u016fstat b\u011bhem cvi\u010den\u00ed potichu a v klidu?<br>\n<br>2. Jak snadn\u00e9 nebo t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 bylo soust\u0159edit se jen na zvuky?<br>\n<br>3. Kter\u00e9 zvuky jste vn\u00edmali nejsnadn\u011bji? Kter\u00e9 naopak s t\u011b\u017e\u00ed?<br>\n<br>4. Objevily se n\u011bjak\u00e9 ne\u010dekan\u00e9 nebo p\u0159ekvapiv\u00e9 zvuky?<br>\n<br>5. Jak se c\u00edtilo va\u0161e t\u011blo b\u011bhem naslouch\u00e1n\u00ed?<br>\n<br>6. Co se d\u011blo, kdy\u017e se objevily my\u0161lenky \u2014 dok\u00e1zali jste vr\u00e1tit pozornost zp\u011bt?<br>\n<br>7.
