Sc\u00e9na \u201cCo se d\u011bje uvnit\u0159?\u201d<\/strong><br>\n<br>Mozek v\u00e1m denn\u011b chrl\u00ed hromadu my\u0161lenek.<br>\nN\u011bkter\u00e9 jsou u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 \u2014 t\u0159eba kdy\u017e si vzpomenete na \u00fakol nebo vy\u0159e\u0161\u00edte probl\u00e9m.<br>\nAle spousta jin\u00fdch m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt sp\u00ed\u0161 obt\u011b\u017euj\u00edch.<br>\nJako t\u0159eba: \u201eCo kdy\u017e se mi to nepovede?\u201c nebo \u201eNejsem dost cool.\u201c<br>\nA \u010d\u00edm v\u00edc to p\u0159em\u00edl\u00e1te, t\u00edm v\u00edc se c\u00edt\u00edte ve stresu, jste nesoust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed a ne\u0161\u0165astn\u00ed.<br>\n<br><strong>3. Sc\u00e9na  \u201eZkus se nad t\u00edm zamyslet\u201c<\/strong><br>\n<br>To je ten prav\u00fd \u010das na mindfulness, tedy v\u0161\u00edmat si, co se d\u011bje tady a te\u010f, uvnit\u0159 i venku, a nenechat se vl\u00e1\u010det nekone\u010dn\u00fdm proudem negativn\u00edch my\u0161lenek.<br>\nJe to jak pauznout mysl, kdy\u017e je toho moc.<br>\nMindfulness, je tr\u00e9nink mysli.<br>\nStejn\u011b jako cvi\u010d\u00edte svaly, aby t\u011blo bylo siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, m\u016f\u017eete tr\u00e9novat i va\u0161i mysl - aby zvl\u00e1dala stres, dokola se opakuj\u00edc\u00ed my\u0161lenky a n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd emoce. A co je nejlep\u0161\u00ed, pom\u016f\u017ee v\u00e1m to bejt v\u00edc v pohod\u011b, soust\u0159edit se \u2014 a fakt si u\u017e\u00edvat \u017eivot.<br>\n<br>Mrkn\u011bt\u011b jak funguje v\u00e1\u0161 mozek.<br>\nHned za \u010delem m\u00e1te prefront\u00e1ln\u00ed kortex - takovej \u0161\u00e9fik va\u0161eho mozku.<br>\nTen v\u00e1m pom\u00e1h\u00e1 dr\u017eet pozornost, rozhodovat se chyt\u0159e, pl\u00e1novat a zvl\u00e1dat emoce.<br>\nA pak je tu amygdala - v\u00e1\u0161 alarm uvnit\u0159 hlavy.<br>\nJe po\u0159\u00e1d ve st\u0159ehu, jestli se n\u011bco blb\u00fdho ned\u011bje.<br>\n\u0160patn\u00e1 zn\u00e1mka?
