Drawing on 40 highly cited journal articles published between 2004 and 2024, the study offers valuable insights into how mindfulness-based interventions can support well-being, resilience, and inclusive education in primary and secondary schools .<br \/>\nThe desk research explores key aspects of mindfulness implementation in education, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Types of mindfulness programs implemented in schools, from standalone courses to curriculum-integrated approaches<\/li>\n<li>Core components of MBI practices, such as meditation, breathing techniques, body awareness, and social-emotional learning<\/li>\n<li>Target groups and providers, highlighting how both students and teachers benefit from mindfulness interventions<\/li>\n<li>Geographical and research trends, showcasing the global development of mindfulness in education<\/li>\n<li>Evidence of impact, including improvements in emotional regulation, mental health, academic performance, and teacher well-being<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This publication serves as a key foundation for the development of the project\u2019s upcoming outputs, including a Mindfulness Toolkit for educators and a digital mobile application. By grounding these tools in evidence-based research, the project ensures that mindfulness practices are both effective and adaptable to real classroom environments.<\/p>\n<\/div><div
